The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitor?s Bureau has announced that its chief marketing officer, Shirley Talbert, has received her credentials as a Certified Destination Management Executive (CDME)- the industry?s highest educational achievement- by the Destination Marketing Association International (DMAI).
