Q&A: what are some good meals and exercises i can do to lose ...

Question by baybee:What are some good meals and I can do exercises to lose weight? I have 15 and I weigh 150 pounds. I live near the beach and look at all the skinny girls and I want to be like them and am willing to work hard. I want a flat stomach. My weight makes me very depressed. I am also very insecure. As I said I am willing to work hard! I?m not interested in taking pills i want to work hard and give credit to myself to get myself through it! If you could please list some good advice, great exercise, healthy meals, and all that I need to know to get out of this. PLEASE HELP ME! I would also add that I am a woman! not eat sweets, no more junk food, just eat salads, drink water with meals does not drink any soda more, walk to the places Instead of taking the bus, joining a fitness gym and try to get a coach personalTambi?n try to do 30 minutes of squats, trying to jump rope and see if they can buy DVDs and do exercises at home.
