It's been tabloid fodder for months now, but finally it's time for Kanye West's Kardashian debut. The rapper made his first appearance on Monday's special episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" (Mon., 9 p.m. ET on E!), kicking off what is likely to be a somewhat lengthy tenure with the family.
After all, according to media reports the couple are still together and going strong. But in these early days, Kim was determined to keep things more casual. While she admitted to feeling a connection to Kanye she wasn't ready to say this was anything more than a casual thing.
Khloe, on the other hand, isn't so sure. "I think Kim wants to believe that she can take things slow," she said. "But ... you're wearing K.W. earrings, I know what that stands for."
Kanye even showed up in New York for the opening of Scott Disick's restaurant, alongside the entire Kardashian clan -- yes, Khloe and Lamar made the trip as well, despite prior uncertainties.
Kanye and Kim will continue to unfold on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" every Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on E!
