For instance let?s say you are wearing a waitlist and if you try to jump higher than you will not be able to jump high because the weight of resistance on the weight vest that you are wearing will pull you down. So imagine that weight vest is your stomach or body fat on whatever part of the body. Having a good day and being able to burn off fat will help you to increase your vertical because you?re making yourself weight that?s and also become more explosive because you train from the gym right.
