Triathlon is one of the next sports in line to become a NCAA scholarship program and at JRU Coaching, we are excited to offer a?USAT-sanctioned youth triathlon team in Loudoun County to give our youth a great head start in the sport!
Tri Team Xcel (TTX) is a youth triathlon team located in Northern Virginia dedicated to introducing youth to the sport of triathlon.?Athletes will be given an opportunity to train with peers in a fun, social, and athletic atmosphere. Toward the end of the 10-week session, athletes will have the option to participate in a race. Race participation and prior race experience is not mandatory to join the team.?Annual USAT Membership?is required for team participation.?
Weekly Workouts:
Monday Run at The Virginia Academy from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday Bike at The Virginia Academy from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
Thursday (Comp TTX only): Swim at Claude Moore Recreation Center from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
