I was talking to my doctor recently about back pain and the importance of exercise. He told me that many people complain that they don?t get relief from doing back pain relief exercises. He told me that usually it?s not due to the exercise not working but instead it?s because the patient either didn?t follow through with the exercise? consistently or because they aren?t performing the exercise correctly. People tend to stop the exercises once the pain has gone away or get sloppy in their form. That causes the pain to return quickly. I?m going to make sure I?m consistent in my form and frequency.
